yeah i have it confirmed on two parts apparently anyone who doesnt start out at moms place is suspect though i would have found that odd to start with tbh i expect anyone bright enough will just gloss over that or we would have noticed it much sooner
basically they have microchips or something put in them so that when the rocket disobeys the team the pokemon attacks them? that is my understanding of what i was told
