Unfortunately for her, Citrine isn't responsible so much as she is excitable and curious. She gets along really, really well with Panini, and the two are almost always sticking their noses into something their noses don't belong in. They almost always have the 411 on anything going on with any pokemon from Aradia's roster (or that of her travelling buddies) because they are incurable gossips.
