If that's the case, then they don't really sound like Hollows. Hollows are just really destructive creatures that consume souls and have no rational thoughts of their own. They just exist to destroy. They're souls that were never crossed over, so they just lose it. I would too if I was chained to where I died and was there for years before I was discovered. [ She's sympathetic to how a hollow is made, but, at the same time, she can't just let them destroy everything because she's super nice. ]
