That's where it begins to get confusing for people, when I've tried to explain before. The interruption came from inside the universe we created - a creature there had been granted semi-omnipotent powers, and was able to breach the gap between the two universes, interrupting us from entering the world we had created.

This was always going to happen, and always had happened, because time dictated it - things are...fairly fated, at home, although they are also not always what they appear to be.

Well, that's reasonable! I suppose I rather like things that offer a bit of adventure, too.
