I don't think she's rare. Just, maybe unpopular? I shouldn't say this but she's weaker than a lot of pokémon.
That's a nice thing to be obedient to, but time moves eternally where I'm from. It just goes on and on and on and on and on. Time isn't really an obstacle in our world. I haven't even seen anyone die from old age. It passes on in the world of the living, but it moves so slowly back home.
