Hello! I'd address you all by name, but we've lost at least half the staff in the past two months, so...I'm not actually sure who's still here and about, honestly. This isn't how I normally type, but this is important business and I realize not everyone finds troll typing easy to parse, so I'm going to make an exception! I'm keeping the red because I like it, though. This is Aradia Megido, for those of you who haven't spoken to me before.

All right! You may have noticed some recent structural changes to the Centre! If you haven't, please be advised I am now sort of running it! Hi. I will try not to be too terrible a boss, haha.

We're going to be making a few changes to how we do things. Not in the general day to day stuff per se, but in employee stuff and just some more structural stuff. While having everyone at the same pay and rank and everything is an option, I think specializing in duties a bit more and hiring on people for the things we're lacking will be a fun change of pace! Anyway, I am just going to cover the stuff that is relevant to you guys for the moment!

First of all, please be advised that I will be doing annual employee reviews from this point onwards. Don't be scared by that or anything! I just mean that it's sort of silly to work in a place where you have no chance for advancement, so we will be having those to determine raises and promotions and the like, if anything. I think raises based on time of employment are also a thing humans do, so if you would please let me know your date of hire in response to this (along with anything else you have to say!) that would be fantastic! We're going to set the reviews for, oh, early January each year, I think. Also, if there are any of you who would be willing to relocate to Celadon, please get in touch with me. I'm willing to offer an immediate pay raise to anyone who is.

Second of all, we're going to be starting employee incentive programs - at least two. First, if a newcomer to the Centre gives your name as the person referring them to the Centre when cashing in on their Newbie Deal (or making a non-Deal purchase, so long as it is their first transaction!) we're going to start giving small bonuses for it. I'm not setting a limit on how many referrals you're eligible to get paid for, so do try to advertise for the business when you can. Second, I really want to focus on getting some of our foster pokemon adopted! So, bonuses will also be offered to anyone who facilitates the placement of one of our fosters in a home. I'm not making rules about how you do this, and you are permitted to take the pokemon from the centre to show off on the network or whatever you like in order to try to get this done!

Third of all, we will be doing some more incentive programs for customers this month, details of which will be public after this!

And just to sum up what would be great to get from you right now: 1) Date of hire and current duties; 2) Volunteers to relocate to Celadon; 3) Ideas and thoughts, if any!

I'm currently in Ecruteak for the holiday, but I am going to be circling back around to both Centres immediately after and travelling between them regularly until we get things sorted enough that vacations are reasonable. :)

Hi! This is Aradia Megido (and I'm typing like this because this is business-related). You've probably already seen the news about Saber, so it shouldn't come as any surprise that the Breeding Centre has had some restructuring. Specifically, I am now in charge of it! I suppose those of you who bought recently may have noticed that part. So please make sure to contact me if you require us in any way, or of course any of our fabulous employees!

On which note I'd like to say that we are currently hiring for both our Goldenrod and Celadon branches. Celadon in particular could use some more manpower! We also have some positions for travelling trainers available.

In terms of things you ought to know about the Breeding Centre regarding working there, there are a great many rooms available in either branch for employees to live in (boarders are also accepted, though). The base salary for entry-level jobs is now 850P an hour, and we do actually need some non-entry level folks around, admittedly. Promotions and raises are things that exist, as is an employee discount.

Also, off that topic and more on the topic of the holiday, we're doing two promotions this month! First, any points gained from a purchase will be doubled. And second, for the rest of December we're also going to be having a "buy one get one free" promotion for eggs - the free egg will be the lesser-priced one, and any of the ones marked as being unavailable for the newbie deal aren't eligible for being the free one, but otherwise there's no limitation on that.

I've been thinking about travelling to Goldenrod city anyway so I'll be sure to check out the breeding center there. Maybe I'll even make a visit to the one in Kanto too. I've only been working since I arrived here, it might be nice to travel somewhere far away.

Even if it's cold it's nothing I can't handle. My house is towards the north, not to mention a while ago I used to work under someone named Russia. Some parts of his home are really cold so I grew somewhat accustomed to it.

I much prefer warmer weather though, so I'm looking forward to spring.

Whenever I give people my name they always think it's strange that I'm named after the country but they never consider any other connection beyond that. Even less seem to believe me when I tell them the truth.
