this is rather odd!!
i had actually expected to be somewhere else
other than where i am currently i mean
dream bubble travel is not a precise science but i am usually much better at it
as in i normally go where i am meant to go!

although logically speaking if i am here i am meant to be here
it is just that i thought i was meant to be elsewhere
this isnt even a dream bubble

and while my new companion is very sweet i find that i am missing
everyone
since we were more or less all there just a little while ago
i am also missing my horns and my general biology
and i believe this woman is claiming to be my human lusus??
she is quite nice regardless of the fact i do not remember her
which i feel a little bad about so i pretended i did
and she gave me this!!!

i have not had to ask for directions in a very long time this is very nostalgic
so i hope i am doing this properly!!
if anyone can offer up more information that would be lovely :)

my companion and i will continue to get to know one another in the meantime!!

I do not think either of us can ride our pokemon in any case, as they do not appear to be suited to that sort of thing. [ Gastly is sort of bobbing around by Aradia's head, anyway, which is apparently his favourite pasttime as near as she can tell.

Wonderful, and yes. Very few Pokemon will be ready to ride at such an early stage anyway. Perhaps once they evolve, though you own a Gastly so you may want to look into catching a Pokemon for riding purposes. Either way, I have plenty to loan so it will be no issue for you. [[Yeah, most people just ignore Eridan to begin with so.....]]

Hm, let me see...aside from staple survival tips, not much! Once you hit Cherrygrove, check into the Pokemart there where you can stock up on supplies such as food and water. If you can, catch a water Pokemon as they are a constant source of clean water and therefor you no longer have to waste your money on it. Be careful of the forest outside of Cherrygrove as it can be a little confusing. You should be able to procure a map from the residents in the town before heading out, which would help you greatly...

She's scribbling down the part about catching a water Pokemon as well, and stocking up. It all seems pretty common-sense sans the catching Pokemon part, but then again she did spend plenty of time outside of her hive when she was younger.

As long as it's not a Magikarp. Until those evolve, they're pretty damn useless. But their evolved form is pretty useful.

No, there are natives but they have no idea why we're here either. As far as they're concerned, it seems like we've always been here? At least that's the feeling I get from speaking with them.

Indeed. Well, those who arrive in New Bark. There are a handful that arrive elsewhere for some reason, who do not go through the same awakening ritual, but she's as normal as someone claiming to be your human lusus can be.

Does she forget us as soon as we leave her hive, then?
