i could control ghosts to an extent but manipulating people in that way was not something i ever attempted
nor something i believe i was capable of doing
and the psychic powers i was capable of when i was dead were all powers i had when i was alive
when a psychic dies they generally keep their powers

i think our ghosts might be different from other peoples ghosts though
just based on conversations i have had
